Welcome Center Specialist II - US Remote

**Major Duties and Responsibilities** : + Welcomes customer serving as their initial point of contact, verifies personal information, and provides introductory documentation to initiate access to the relocation process + Conduct preliminary real estate needs assessment + Sell Cartus revenue-generating products and services, including departure and destination broker referrals, mortgage, title and insurance services, CartusConnect + Obtain consent to refer customer to Anywhere Real Estate affiliated companies + Ensure product referral placement is in compliance with client policy + Manage a dynamic caseload of placed referrals ensuring customer satisfaction with assigned real estate agent + Serve as a resource for the Cartus consultant and customer for agent/brokerage issues **Critical Dimensions** : + Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must + Strong computer proficiency a must + Ability to navigate multiple systems with ease a must + Multi-tasking a must + Instant rapport building skills required + Interpersonal/influencing skills + Ability to overcome objections + Ability to prioritize workload + Attention to detail + Strong data integrity + Strong planning and organizing skills + Must be internally motivated and a self-starter + Teamwork **Qualifications/Selection Criteria** : + College degree preferred + 1-2 years of business experience + Previous sales or real estate experience a plus Anywhere is a global franchisor of some of the most recognized brands in the real estate industry.
