Your mission is simple:

• Bring projects.
• Close deals.
• Earn big.

You will be responsible for generating new architectural contracts and expanding AB Groups presence among developers, owners, investors, and builders.

What Youll Do (No Fluff)

1. Identify and pursue high-value architectural project opportunities
2. Build and leverage relationships with developers, brokers, contractors, and business owners
3. Drive deals from first conversation to signed contract
4. Represent AB Group in high-level networking and client-facing environments
5. Consistently deliver measurable revenue growth to the firm
6. Compensation (Commission Heavy / Built for Closers)

This role offers:

1. Commission based on project fees you bring in
2. Bonus incentives for repeat clients and larger contracts
3. No cap; your earnings scale with your output
4. If you close, you earn.If you dont, you wont.

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or real estate preferred
