Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are up to code and functioning optimally.
• Respond to service calls and provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
• Install new HVAC systems, including planning and coordination to ensure a seamless process.
• Guide and train less experienced technicians, fostering a team environment that encourages growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during installations and repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of serviced installations and repairs for warranty and service histories.
• Participate actively in team meetings, providing insights and feedback to improve service delivery.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the ongoing learning and adoption of new technologies and methods within the HVAC industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an HVAC technician.
• Must possess a valid EPA Certification.
• Provision of personal tools for HVAC system repair and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean driving record and have access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug screening procedures as part of the pre-employment checks.
• Willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Capability to train and lead lesser-experienced HVAC technicians, enhancing team skills and cohesion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must possess a good attitude
