Our HVAC Service Technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. They will guide and advise the client to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. To be successful in this role, client satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, empathetic, and eager to learn.

Primary Job Function

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for Green Dot clientele
• Diagnose, repair, clean, and adjust electronic and mechanical components of HVAC systems
• Advise our clientele to select the best HVAC system to fulfill their needs
• Arrive to work eager to learn and contribute to a team environment
• Maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Maintain proper paperwork, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle in an organized fashion
• Travel to job sites and work with teammates to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to clients
• Diagnose mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Participate in company-led training opportunities on the latest industry technologies
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ability to record all data in Service Titan
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment
• Assist with client questions and educate our clients when appropriate
• Test for leaks using various testing tools
• Communicate with clients utilizing empathy and understanding
• Train junior teammates and helpers
• Ability to work on rotating on-call shifts for emergency service.
• Ability to work in confined spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year

• HVAC: 1+ year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
