What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC equipment

• Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics with strong electrical/mechanical skills

• Work independently in the field across commercial customer sites

• Maintain strong communication with dispatch, leadership, and customers

• Participate in Friday morning team meetings

• Support a high-performance culture focused on delivering quality work and safety

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience

• EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights of 8+ ft, and in various weather conditions

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, flexible schedules, and on-call rotation

• Must supply basic HVAC hand tools and tool bag

• Safety-conscious mindset — OSHA 10/30 a plus
