The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic technology, including ultrasound and digital radiography, allowing the team to provide comprehensive medical care while maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes and client service. Key Duties As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional veterinary care across a diverse small animal caseload, including: •Providing medical, surgical, and dental services to small animal patients
•Creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs
•Advising clients on preventative healthcare, wellness plans, and long-term patient care
•Working closely with veterinary colleagues and support staff to maintain efficient daily operations
•Building strong client relationships through clear communication and compassionate care Compensation & Benefits The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including: •Salary up to $145,000 with performance-based production bonuses

•Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Qualifications Applicants should meet the following requirements: •Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
•Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice veterinary medicine in North Carolina
•Successful completion of the NAVLE
