Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor weaving machines safely and efficiently to produce textile products
- Inspect fabric for quality, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
- Maintain production and quality standards throughout each shift
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with machine changeovers and production setup when required
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
- Textile experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift
