Join Our Dynamic Legal Team! Seeking Litigation Paralegal (3+ years of experience required).
Our top-tier personal injury law firm is seeking an exceptional paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our firm, you will play an integral role in helping individuals who have been wrongfully injured, standing up against powerful insurance companies, and ensuring they receive exceptional legal services.
Responsibilities:
· Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation cases, including case preparation, medical management, investigation, preparing pleadings, drafting discovery responses, keeping up with deadlines, client communication, settlement process, lien resolutions, etc.
· Conduct thorough research, gather evidence, and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
· Collaborate closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and maintain open lines of communication with clients.
· Manage and organize case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met.
· Coordinate with external parties, including medical professionals, expert witnesses, and court personnel.
· Prepare for trials and hearings by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

Qualifications:
· Paralegal certification or relevant degree is preferred.
· Required- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in personal injury law
· Proficient in legal research, case management software, and MS Office Suite.
· Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
