• Location: Burlington, Massachusetts (01803) – Greater Boston area
• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room – Acute Care Hospital
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2750–$2820
• Start Date: September 8, 2025
• End Date: December 6, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Nursing Shift: Day shifts, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM start), 4 shifts/week
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend (Saturday/Sunday) per month
• Call Requirement: Scheduled short call, overnight, and weekend call per month

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of submission)
• BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Robotic and neuro surgical experience preferred
• Scrubbing experience preferred but not required
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (declinations not accepted)
• Local candidates not accepted
• Must not have worked at any Beth Israel facility (perm/travel/PRN) within the past 6 months

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to surgical patients
• Assist with robotic and neuro surgeries in the operating room
• Circulate and, if experienced, scrub during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Participate in scheduled call rotations, including short call, overnight, and weekend coverage
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards
