Position: Service Manager
Location: Asheville, NC Company: HVAC Service Provider Description: This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company dedicated to safety, culture, and development. The Service Manager will report to the office daily and will oversee the commercial service department. This role oversees commercial HVAC service operations, including technicians, coordinators, scheduling, workflow, and overall department efficiency while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate has a solid technical HVAC background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to train and develop field staff. Key duties include managing inventory, billing, and performance metrics while possessing strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills. Requirements: -- Must have experience in servicing HVAC systems for commercial and industrial facilities. --Must have lead a minimum 4-5 people for 1+ years. --Must have client facing experience prior. --Experience budgeting and forecasting is preferred. --EPA and OSHA certifications are preferred. #ZRGBORecommended Jobs
