**About this role** :
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant to join the Strategic Programs team within the Strategic Programs and Enterprise change Management organization.
**In this role, you will** :
+ Drive and deliver results for high priority programs by working in project teams spanning businesses and support functions.
+ Develop strategy to stand up programs (e.g., define problem, structure an approach) and create a successful path to delivery (e.g., define workstreams, milestones, and timing).
+ Work alongside senior leaders as a strategic partner which will require navigating a highly matrixed environment.
+ Provide executive-level communications to key stakeholders on progress, findings, and recommendations via succinct presentations and storytelling.
+ Guide a team through ambiguous and complex situations, while serving as a coach/advisor to team members as part of their growth and development.

**Required Qualifications, US** :
+ 7 years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualification** :
+ Experience in a consulting firm or internal strategy team, managing large initiatives in a complex environment.
+ Experience partnering with senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization.
+ Ability to drive problem solving for complex questions (e.g., develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions)
+ Ability to build a story for executive-level communications based on progress and findings.
+ Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence, and adaptability.
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills), with a strong focus on storytelling through PowerPoint.
+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment.
