Division Manager (New England)
As a Division Manager , you'll own the performance of your territory, driving sales growth, market share gains, and execution excellence. You'll lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals while turning strategy into results and building strong partnerships across the market.
What You'll Do
- Drive volume growth, market share, and achievement of sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Build a winning sales culture focused on customer engagement and execution excellence.
- Translate business strategy into clear priorities and action plans.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
- Lead change initiatives and ensure successful adoption across the team.
- Champion compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of successful sales experience, including large and complex sales environments.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and business results.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
