Job Overview

BC Solutions, Inc. provides implementation consulting, and operating support, to property management businesses that use or are implementing Yardi software.

BC Solutions is a small privately held software consulting firm on a strong growth trajectory. The management team and staff are located across multiple cities in the US. However, the Owner/President, COO, and company home base is located in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina.

Position Responsibilities

Manage the company and staff calendar:

  • Aid in the creation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for managing staff paid time off (PTO)
  • Maintain the staff calendar and administer time-off requests
  • Schedule account management calls and other cross-area meetings

Report production

  • Monitor, collect data for, and create the daily tracking reports, providing insight to results and anomalies
  • Create adhoc reports for Directors
  • Aid in creation and documentation of process surrounding the monitoring and reporting of sales/marketing channels

Participate in project management

  • Push out and follow up on project quotes/RFP responses
  • Create and administer Monday.com project plans
  • Confirm project plan compliance

Aid in company financial processing

  • Light bookkeeping and expense categorization
  • Expense report processing
  • Month end invoice production
  • Follow Up on delinquent accounts
  • Payroll and new hire onboarding

Customer/Client facing

  • Answer inbound phone calls
  • Monitor website contact requests
  • Enter leads in CRM

Standard Operating Procedures and Organization

  • Create, publish and maintain company SOPs
  • Organize shared file areas (i.e. Google Drive)

Execute other tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Complete proficiency in document and spreadsheet production and management (MS Office and Google suites of tools)
  • Comfort exploring and learning new software quickly and efficiently
  • Experience with project management and project management tools is needed. Specific experience with Monday.com is a plus
  • Ability to organize and self-manage
  • Excellent communication oral and written communication skills - must be able to create, organize, and manage company SOP data bank
  • Higher level basic math/calculation skills, and knowledge of formula creation in spreadsheets is required
  • Previous use of an accounting package and experience in expense management and financial reporting are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
