Position: Sr. Analyst, Inventory & Logistics Clerk
Payrate: $40-$45/hour
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri
Location: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid)
Job type: 6-month Contract

Job Description:
This role supports transportation, warehousing, and finished goods inventory operations, with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy for TTB reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and reconciling finished goods inventory across multiple warehouse locations for TTB reporting
• Investigating discrepancies and executing SAP transactions (stock transfers, returns, adjustments)
• Filing and managing freight/warehouse damage and loss claims
• Coordinating transportation (carriers, documentation, duty-free/GS orders)
• Processing freight and warehouse invoices in partnership with Data2Logistics and resolving billing issues
• Monitoring carrier performance, compliance, and service levels
• Partnering with warehouses and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues
• Supporting SAP activities and training for warehouse partners
• Producing reports (e.g., fuel surcharge, audit support, BOL/revenue recognition)
