HVAC Project Manager
Project Manager job at large HVAC/Plumbing Construction Company
This is a permanent, full-time position with a great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Complete full mechanical hvac and plumbing project from start-up to close-out
- Fully understand and track the project’s scope, schedule and budget from start to finish
- Chose and review progress of other sub-contractors
- Work with vendors and suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and best terms and pricing for materials
- Attend preconstruction meetings
- Complete on-site visits
Requirements:
- Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Project Management experience working for a medium or large mechanical contractor
Preferred:
- Bachelors in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Prior Plumbing, Piping, or Sheet Metal field experience
- Strong estimating and scheduling software knowledge
- Stable work-history
