What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in our vehicles and services while helping create an outstanding dealership experience.
- Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team
- Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM communication tools
- Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
- Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps
- Follow up consistently with leads that are not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity within the CRM system
- Work closely with sales teams and dealership leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success
- Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions
What You Bring
- Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, email, and texting platforms
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
