What you bring:
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) — North Carolina and/or South Carolina licensure preferred
- Proven track record managing a survey team (field and office) and delivering across multiple project types (ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topo, construction layout, route, subdivision, site development)
- Business development experience — ability to grow client relationships and win new work
- Proficiency with modern survey technology (GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, LiDAR, CAD platforms)
- Strong project management, communication, and mentoring skills
