· Total compensation over $500,000 annually
· Amazing clinical support = 8:1 staff to provider ratio
· 90% paid premiums for medical benefits for the whole family
· 33 days of paid time off annually
· Outpatient only with zero call responsibility
· Flexible scheduling = 4- or 5-day work week
