About The Role:

We’re hiring a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to support our fast-growing operation! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Delivery Associate to make sure tools, equipment, and materials are in the right place at the right time. This is a great fit for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a fast-paced team, helping build the operational foundation of a young company.

What You’ll Do:

• Job Site Logistics: Handle Friday afternoon equipment pickups and Monday morning job site deliveries.
• Supply Management: Receive, sort, and organize weekly supply deliveries from our vendors.
• Project Preparation: Stage and pack materials for upcoming projects based on weekly needs
• Inventory Tracking : Conduct inventory counts and track material usage.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, and contribute to overall warehouse organization and upkeep.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes and speak up! Your ideas matter here.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (REQUIRED, we will not consider non-bilingual applicants) .
• Eligible for W2 employment (REQUIRED, non-W2 workers cannot operate company vegicles) .
• Available for the following hours minimum:
  • Fridays 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Mondays 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Other weekdays as needed
• Experience with delivery driving and/or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teammates and interact professionally with customers.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• A gritty, can-do attitude–you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, and you stay calm under pressure.
• Someone excited about growing with the company and stepping into more responsibility as we scale.
