Hiring Caregivers & CNAs - Full-Time & Part-Time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time and part-time openings available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Touching Hearts at Home is now hiring caregivers and CNAs in the Charlotte area – interviews available.

We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Our caregivers support clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home while offering companionship and assistance with daily activities.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities

Requirements

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds
