NP/PA - Primary Care in Andrews, NC

Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position at our Primary Care clinic in Andrews, NC. The shift is 7 on/ 7 off with no call. Candidates with previous Primary Care experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients.
• Manage common urgent care conditions such as colds, flu, and COVID-19.
• Perform minor procedures including sutures and stitches.
• Conduct and interpret X-rays and utilize in-house lab services.
• Work within designated Rural Health Clinics to deliver comprehensive healthcare.

Education, Training, & Experience

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA) from a nationally accredited program
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board Certified
