Recruiter I
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for S1–S5 roles
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role needs and timelines
- Manage job postings through the ATS and external job boards
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, debriefs, and hiring meetings
- Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS
- Support hiring managers with pipeline updates, offer coordination, and compensation guidance
- Oversee temporary-to-hire conversions and onboarding coordination
- Conduct 30-day new hire check-ins to support early retention
- Track and support recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Maintain recruiting documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing coordination, or customer service
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday and Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of hiring compliance and best practices
- Building Relationships: Partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates
- Integrity and Respect: Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the hiring process
- Challenging the Expected: Identify ways to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
