Senior Project Controls Specialist Job Description Location: Charlotte, United States Start Date: 04 February 2026 Pay Rate: $68 Per Hour Job Description: As a Senior Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project controls functions for large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources Analyze project data and provide recommendations for improvement Prepare and present project reports to senior management Lead a team of project controls specialists Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls for construction projects Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities PMP certification is a plus
