Restaurant Manager
Sea Grill and Deluxe Fun Dining are seeking a dedicated, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who thrives in high-volume, service-focused environments and is passionate about developing teams, maintaining elevated standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, professional service Support and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Maintain service standards, pacing, and guest satisfaction during every shift Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and floor leadership Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the restaurant Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to execute seamless service Oversee training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Uphold all company policies, health code standards, and safety procedures Contribute to sales growth, beverage performance, and operational efficiency Qualifications: 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale or high-volume preferred) Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and direct teams Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Passion for hospitality and guest-focused service Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Experience with reservation systems, POS platforms, and shift execution
