MinistryHub is growing a nationwide network of Search Consultants - experienced leaders who help Christian organizations find the right hires and build healthy, aligned teams.

What You'll Do

• Cultivate new search opportunities through existing ministry relationships with churches, nonprofits, schools, or other faith-driven organizations.

• Guide organizations through key staffing decisions with clarity, prayer, and professionalism

• Serve as the primary liaison to clients throughout the search process by providing regular communication, search updates, and counsel.

• Partner with MinistryHub's candidate engagement team who primarily leads the candidate sourcing and interview process. Occasionally assist with interviews, assessments and candidate recommendations.

• Collaborate with the MinistryHub team to ensure a thoughtful, high-quality experience is provided to clients and candidates.

The Details

• Independent contractor (1099)

• Tiered compensation based on volume of business

• Growth opportunities and bonuses

• Software, operational guidelines, and admin tools provided

• Home office setup is to be provided by consultant. A reliable laptop, internet and cell phone connection are required.
