Warehouse Coordinator

NCWaterHeaters.com is a growing, family-owned plumbing, electrical, and home remodeling company seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory, and materials flow. This role is critical to ensuring our technicians and project teams have the right materials, at the right time, without waste, delays, or surprises.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse that supports exceptional customer service in the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling processes
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, or construction materials is a strong plus
• Strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate across departments
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse or related environment
• Prior experience in a similar role can be advantageous
• Comfortable using inventory software (Service Titan), spreadsheets, and tracking systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Drug Free
