ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Active North Carolina SLP license
SNF experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
W-2 employment
