We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a true team player who is excited about working with the elderly and committed to providing respectful, patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
• Administer medications and injections as ordered to include PO, IM, & SQ
• Perform phlebotomy, lab collection, and basic clinical testing
• Prepare exam rooms, maintain supplies, and ensure infection control standards
• Accurately document in the electronic medical record
• Support clinical flow by assisting teammates as needed

What we're looking for:

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Genuine interest in working with the elderly population and supporting their overall well-being

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 15 days of employment start date
• (CMA) Certified Medical Assistant, or (RMA) Registered Medical Assistant, or (NCMA) Nationally Certified Medical Assistant, or (CMAC) Clinical Medical Assistant Certification, or (CCMA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
