- $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time. (1st & 2nd Shift)
- $7,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $3,500 sign-on bonus for part-time (3rd shift)

Schedule Availability: every other weekendand every other holidayrequired

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including eating, bathing and transfers.
- Obtain resident vital signs
Position Requirements:
- Active North Carolina CNA certification
Employment Details
- Deerfield is a non-smoking campus
- Employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption
- All new employees must successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the onboarding process
