Marketing Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to devise and execute effective marketing strategies, lead the marketing team, and work collaboratively across departments to meet essential marketing business goals.
SUMMARY: This role is mainly focused on creating and executing marketing strategies to achieve essential business sales goals related to acquiring quality web sales leads and generating funnels. This will be accomplished either individually or in partnership with team members and external companies.
What you'll do..
- As a department leader, you will oversee the marketing team and will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, improve customer brand loyalty, and generate sales leads including trade shows, website sales, digital & email marketing.
- Communicate key performance metrics to the executive team and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve key business objectives related to marketing, demand generation and customer engagement.
- Support and collaborate with SEO and ECommerce teams to execute state of the art strategies for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) utilizing Public Relations (PR), social media, advertising tools and what else is current in the market.
- Collaborate with sales & product teams to understand their needs, correlate marketing initiatives and website changes to effectively support online conversions and develop sales tools.
- Coordinate and manage within an assigned marketing budget. With responsibility for monitoring, optimization and reallocation of budget to achieve business objectives. Monitor and analyze industry marketing trends and adjusts company marketing strategy in order to stay current and effectively promote the Teguar brand.
- Develop a robust internal AI strategy for resource optimization and helps drive leads from AI & LLMs. Leverages Artificial Intelligence tools to eliminate waste in the department, reduce expenses and speed up content creation.
- Facilitate Marketing-Sales Feedback Loop to improve lead count and quality.
- Utilize Hubspot for process and workflow improvements, and overall CRM Administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and 4 years' relevant experience; OR a minimum 7 years of progressive experience in lieu of education, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth (digital, email, web, trade shows).
- Strong expertise in demand generation, funnel management, and marketing performance metrics; ability to report insights to executive leadership.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, website optimization, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and collaboration with cCommerce teams.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, including workflow and process optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of AI and marketing technology tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate content creation.
