The Opportunity

As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for an Attorney who is genuinely passionate about estate planning and probate. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience in trusts and estates law and a strong commitment to this practice area. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives with structure, values teamwork, and prefers building success alongside others rather than working in isolation.

  • Support fiduciaries in trust, estate, and probate administration
  • Assist with ongoing development of firm processes and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Contribute to business development efforts as part of the team

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
  • 4+ years' experience in estate planning and probate
  • High attention to detail and solid organizational habits
  • Clear and professional communication skills—written and verbal
  • A collaborative, client-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfort working in a structured and process-driven environment

Benefits

We Offer

  • Health and dental insurance
  • Life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with profit sharing
  • CLE reimbursement and bar dues coverage
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Convenient office location
  • Real opportunities for growth and advancement

Waiting period may apply for some benefits.

Compensation

Salary starts at $140,000+ , commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities are available and tied to both origination and production.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to grow your legal career with a firm that values meaningful work, team support, and continuous learning, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit:

  • Your resume
  • A cover letter explaining why you're exploring new opportunities and why you'd be a great fit for our team

All applications will be held in the strictest confidence. We will contact candidates who align with our culture and goals. No direct inquiries or agency submissions, please.
