Job Title: Test Technician

Job Description

Perform mid-level proficiency testing and troubleshooting of electronics. Set up equipment for functional testing and debugging of printed circuit assemblies. Conduct functional checks and assist with the installation of electronic assemblies and circuits, including communications circuits for electronic systems, fixtures, and accessories. Record production test data and maintain acceptable production levels according to established standards. Troubleshoot and repair assemblies or circuit boards for electronic systems, electro-mechanical equipment, and computer-controlled systems using provided documentation. Monitor control systems and assist in the support of electro-mechanical assembly. Operate various test equipment including meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and RF power meters. Operate support equipment essential for performance and functional testing. Perform mechanical operations related to the installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, dismantling, and disassembly of systems. Utilize process documentation such as test instructions, drawings, schematics, travelers, BOM's, and specifications to perform tasks. Demonstrate commitment to quality and customer satisfaction to achieve zero defect status.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Charlotte,NC.
