Position: Sales Associate – Automotive Sales
Location: Parkway Ford, Winston Salem, NC
Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base + Commission (Top Performers earn $100K+ annually)
Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee discounts, ongoing training & development

Previous sales or customer service experience (Not Required)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Understand and present vehicle features, pricing, and options

• Guide customers through the test drive and purchase process

• Follow up with leads to maintain and grow client relationships

• Hit monthly sales targets with the support of a dedicated management team

• Log all customer interactions using our CRM system

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

• Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
