Customer Service Associate Rep

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide information about our services, pricing, and scheduling to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and follow up on service orders.
• Assist in the development of customer feedback surveys to improve service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
• Ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy toward customers' needs.
• Proficient in using computer software and systems, including CRM tools.
