Call center Agent

We’re currently looking for Call Center Representatives to join our Class Action business team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, and callback interactions—helping potential claimants with their inquiries. The position requires:

• Prior call center or customer service experience
• Computer proficiency (comfortable navigating systems while engaging with callers)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team players who can remain professional in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping people and thrive under clear process and training, this could be a great fit for you.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 8 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as
  needed to appropriate resources.
• Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to
  callers.
• Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
• Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.
• Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
