BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst
The Lighthouse Childrens Home is seeking a compassionate and skilled BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team dedicated to transforming the lives of troubled girls aged 13-17. As a BCBA at The Lighthouse, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing behavioral intervention plans that make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of our residents. Working within a caring environment, you will apply behavior analytic theories and principles to help our girls develop the skills needed for healthier, more successful futures.
