Production Data Clerk

:

At Villari Foods the Production Data Clerk is responsible for maintaining and updating production data records, ensuring the accuracy of data entry, and generating reports based on the data.

Specific Duties:

• Maintain and update production data records in various formats.

• Ensure the accuracy of data entry.

• Generate reports based on the data.

• Communicate with production team members to ensure data accuracy.

• Maintain data collection templates and their associated SOPs.

• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in data entry and analysis.

Language:

Ability to read and understand documents and apply procedures in English.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited direction exists.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in PC applications, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Experience in producing reports.

• Exposure to document control methodologies is desirable.

• Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good time-management skills.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently. Sound decision-making skills.

• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite - including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Work Environment:

Employees work in a manufacturing processing facility and the noise level is usually noisy. This position will also include an office workspace. In certain areas, employees may work near moving equipment.
