Struxr Company is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team as Crawlspace & Foundation Technicians. In this role, you’ll work on residential job-sites performing services such as waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, drainage installation, structural repair.

You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that takes pride in doing quality work that protects homes and families. No experience? No problem — we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities :

• Install vapor barriers, sump pumps, drainage systems, and dehumidifiers
• Perform crawlspace encapsulation and waterproofing
• Assist with structural work such as foundation jacks or support beams
• Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Load/unload materials, keep job sites clean and organized
• Communicate with team leads and follow instructions closely
