- Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions and issues
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tune ups, and tire rotations
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, following all manufacturer and dealership guidelines
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all services performed on customers’ vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new technologies and advancements in the automotive industry
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
- Previous training and/or certifications from an accredited automotive training program preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and functions
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug test
