Experienced Automotive Salesperson

Job Summary: Keffer Mazda is seeking an experienced Automotive Salesperson to join our team in Huntersville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to earn a competitive commission ranging from $3000 to $15000 per month, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best automotive solutions
• Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all Mazda vehicles and their features
• Attend product and sales seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product features
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by the dealership
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and to generate additional leads
• Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate the sale of financing and insurance products
• Attend and actively participate in team sales meetings
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current and upcoming models, as well as competitor vehicles

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry and current market trends
• Proficient in using various sales tools and technologies
• Previous experience with Mazda vehicles is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
