Risk Management Representative
- Handle COI requests, tracking and renewals for all vendors/customers and proactively monitor and support companywide COI compliance
- Oversee accurate maintenance and administration of all auto ID cards
- Upload and maintain documentation for insurance and risk management within the Risk Management Insurance System (RMIS)
- Manage timelines for policy/endorsement, invoices, insurance applications and other Risk Management department and insurance renewal documentation
- Maintain schedules/charts of current insurance policies/bonds and insurance renewals
- Maintain all internal Risk Management shared drives, intranet pages and imaging folders
- Assist with the gathering of insurance renewal information and backup for insurance audits
- Handle Risk Management department's compliance with record retention program
- Assist with companywide record retention program
- Assist in building/enhancing business processes for the enterprise wide vendor risk management function both internally and externally
- Coordinate and maintain all vendor management documentation tasks - working with external vendors and internal employees
- Assist with coordinating meetings, including locations, setup/clean up, catering and travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and mail Job Qualifications Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in general office administration
- Knowledge or experience within insurance risk/management or vendor management preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and document input devices (scanner, printer, etc.)
- Organized and detail oriented
