Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract position providing speech-language therapy services to a diverse group of elementary students. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SLP with their CCC to make a meaningful difference in a supportive school environment.

As part of a collaborative team, you will serve approximately 35-40 students, from PreK through 5th grade, at a welcoming elementary campus. Working alongside another experienced SLP, you’ll have ongoing support and shared caseload responsibilities, creating opportunities for professional growth and student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid (or eligible) state licensure for practice
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students aged PreK-5
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for students’ educational programs
• Offer guidance and support to staff and families regarding speech-language development
