Hanes Industries Inc ., a division of Leggett & Platt Inc., is seeking a Project Coordinator . Hanes is the leading distributor of industrial fabrics in the United States. Hanes' products are most commonly found in industrial packaging, building products, automotive, filtration, furniture and mattress manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all marketing and promotional activities for Hanes Fabrics and Hanes Hospitality, including but not limited to:
- Creating/scheduling social media posts
- Trade Show promotions
- Website content management
- Email Marketing (newsletters, trade show announcements, etc.)
- Design & purchase label samples, product cards, binders, Quick Books, & various other marketing collateral
- Collaborate on marketing strategy with sales team
- Social media management and reporting
- Manage Hanes Fabrics sample room inventory and requests
- Create and monitor hospitality orders until shipment/invoice
- Perform all appropriate paperwork and filing duties for hospitality orders
- Communicate status updates and other critical information to all internal and external stakeholders regarding hospitality orders
- Support sales initiatives with updating customer mainframe quotes, sending product-related data sheets and other information, monitoring credit issues, creating and sending proformas, issuing returns, adding new customers in the mainframe, and any other customer service-related inquiries
- Answer inbound website inquiries and phone calls
- Provide CRM data management support to the Project Manager and Sales Team as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Experience of working well in a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere
