Licensed Therapist - Remote | WFH

Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, families, and groups through telehealth. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely using your own equipment while delivering essential mental health support. You will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals with diverse mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform.
Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in regular supervision meetings and team consultations to enhance clinical skills and client outcomes.
Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards in clinical practice.
Qualifications

Active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LMFT, or related).
1+ year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply!).
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health concerns.
Ability to work independently while staying connected with a supportive remote team.
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
