Mental Health Clinician (Contract, FT)

We are seeking a Master's Level Contract Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician with day time availability to serve Guilford, Rockingham, Randolph, Davidson, & Forsyth NC counties.

• Clinicians function as multi-disciplinary team members to assist clients to reach their full potential.
• Clinicians utilize evidence-based treatments in new and innovative ways to assist client reach their goals.
• Clinicians provide clients with ways to address personal challenges in the provision of mental health and substance use screening protocols, brief treatment, and services, including referrals and coordination of care for patients in need of specialty mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
• Clinicians work as part of a team to identify the best course of action to aid clients to address presenting concerns.
• Clinicians must be able to work independently while adhering to company expectations/ deadlines.

Requirements:

• Master's degree.
• Clinician Licensure (LCMHC/A or LCSW/A).
• Ability to treat patients with dignity and empathy.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Acute observation skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Credentialed with Medicaid (preferred).

Hearts 2 Hands encourages their clients to utilize current supports, identifies new ones, and partner with community-based agencies for the betterment of their clients. It is the belief of the company that many have the solutions to their own presenting dilemmas yet lack the confidence or knowledge needed to produce the desired results. Through the use of “out of the box” thinking, encouragement, practical application via CBT, linkage, and partnership, H2H works to insight positive thinking and behavioral changes. H2H theoretical framework is developed out of context of reality therapy, mindfulness, person centeredness, understanding systems, and cognitive behavioral treatment modalities. Clients are welcome regardless of their ethnicity, sexual preferences, religious ideologies, cultural beliefs, or socioeconomic status. Services include individual outpatient therapy, therapeutic groups, couples counseling, sex offender treatment, and family therapy. Visits are encouraged to be conducted in the community, client’s home, or in the office.
