As a Pest Control Technician based out of our Greensboro, NC branch, you'll have the opportunity to:

· Provide top-notch pest control services to residential customers

· Solve real problems and help customers feel safe in their homes

· Offer solutions and sell ongoing services and add-ons like mosquito treatments and crawl space insulation - and get paid for it

· Build strong relationships and earn customer trust

What's In It for You

This role is commission-based - the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. Our techs average 45k - 60k per year, with top performers regularly exceeding that. You'll earn based on:

· Services completed

· Sales to new and existing customers

· Monthly bonuses for hitting performance goals

· Comfortable crawling under houses and working outdoors

Requirements

· Valid driver's license with a good driving record

· Minimum 3 years of licensed driving preferred

· Comfortable using an iPad and digital tools

· No pest control experience? No problem - we'll train you
