Job Description

As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Aurora, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to those on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions encountered during patrols.
• Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist in controlling access to the location by monitoring entry and exit points.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related events and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
