As a **Security Professional - Media Facility Patrol** in **Greenville, SC** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a leading technology location, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming experience for all visitors and staff. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using company protocols and training.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential issues.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the location.
+ Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and/or incidents as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
+ Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to address security-related concerns in a technology-driven environment.
+ Remain observant and professional while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors throughout the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
