Immediately needed Part-time personnel to handle administrative records and light book keeping duties.
QUALIFICATIONS Desired: College education in relevant fields is preferred. Proficiency in latest QuickBook Pro Windows based software with Job costing knowledge. Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PP, and Publisher. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Peoples personality for excellent customer service skills.
DUTIES: Office administrative work, Customer services, Record keeping, prepare estimates, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing, Collections, Bank Statements reconciliation, Preparing Check ledger, Internal Financial statements, Client services, etc.
Office Hours: Preferred to work on Monday or Friday for 4 to 6 hours a week
EXPERIENCE Desired: Must have at least 5 years experience in QB-Pro and MS Office Suite in office administration environment.
Candidate must have clean criminal background. Background checks are done.
Must be legal to work and with a dependable transportation to report to work.
