In Canton, NC, we’re growing—and we’re looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to keep our injection molding and assembly operations running at their best.

Your impact

• Maintain and repair injection molding and assembly equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions and restore equipment to service
• Perform preventive maintenance routines that reduce unplanned downtime
• Contribute to continuous improvement and take part in root cause investigations
• Comply with all plant policies and the NFPA 70E Arc Flash PPE and procedures
• Respond rapidly to breakdowns to protect production schedules

Work schedule

12-hour night shift

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred
• Prefer 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience; mechanical aptitude may substitute for direct experience
• Comfort interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for installation and repair tasks
• Experience in field service, hydraulic systems, or as an industrial electrician is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
